Welcome to our spacious apartment in Residential San Roque, a small attractive development in the typically traditional Spanish village of Las Heredades, situated between Almoradi and Rojales in the Vega Baja region of the southern Costa Blanca. Heredades is a friendly village with local bars, restaurants and benefits from good access to the AP7 Motorway making it easily accessible from the airports of Alicante and Murcia, which are a 30 minute drive away.

Our British friends who live in neighbouring apartment manage Casa Del Naranjal for us. They are very friendly and will endeavour to help you should you need anything during your stay. Longer lets considered at discount prices The apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout and offers lovely spacious accommodation:- As you enter the apartment on the 1st floor you will find,leading off from the entrance hallway, the Master bedroom with an attractive wrought iron King sized bed, bedside tables and large fully fitted wardrobes, housing a safe. The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with a shower, bidet, toilet and large vanity unit. There are a further 2 twin bedded rooms, both with plenty of wardrobe space. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and vanity unit. The spacious living room has patio doors onto a pretty wrought iron railed balcony, the perfect place to catch the morning sunshine. There is a large modern dining table that can easily accommodate 8 people. A single fold out futon chair sits in one corner of the living room and provides a further comfortable bed if required. The large, comfortable living room suite is perfect for relaxing while you enjoy watching the TV, with its wide selection of British channels. The lounge leads into the fully fitted kitchen which has all the mod cons you would expect; including: microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a black marble breakfast bar with barstools. There is also a comfortable single fold out bed/chair in the living/dining area. Through the patio doors you will find an open, shaded terrace area where there is a table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco dining. A short climb up the wrought iron spiral staircase will lead you up onto the very large roof top solarium. This is the perfect spot for relaxing and spending long lazy sunbathing days, as it benefits from sunshine all day. The terrace is furnished with patio furniture and sun loungers and has a Spanish style brick BBQ. On an evening it is the ideal place to enjoy eating and drinking and provides stunning views of the sun setting over the nearby mountains. The washing machine and laundry facilities can also be found here. Access to the 4th floor bedroom can either be reached this way or by using the external staircase. This separate twin bedded room has an en-suite shower room and is ideal for any family / group members that require their own separate space. An additional small fridge is available to use up here. The main living area has air conditioning keeping it cool in the summer and heated in winter. All other areas have fans and heaters. The private residents swimming pool is just a minutes walk around the corner, where you can have a refreshing swim, relax and sunbathe. This communal pool can only be used by the residents of our small community, accessed by key holders only. Beneath the apartment you will find a garage, where you can securely house a car and any golfing equipment, bikes etc... ~SITE UPDATED: 15 August 2008~ |
